Cancellation within 24 hours: If you decide to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be eligible for a refund for the Let's be Friend Package. Unfortunately, any other Packages purchased will not be eligible for a refund. However, we are pleased to offer you a credit that can be applied towards any future Dine and Design services or products.

Refund Eligibility: Beyond the initial 24-hour cancellation period, refunds are not available for any Packages purchased. We encourage you to carefully review the details and terms of each Package before making a purchase decision. Our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Credit Towards Future Services or Products: In lieu of a refund, we offer the option to receive a credit that can be used towards any future Dine and Design services or products. This credit provides you with the flexibility to explore our range of offerings and enjoy our services at a later date. Our team will be happy to assist you in redeeming your credit and scheduling your desired service or product.

Please note that the credit is non-transferable and can only be used within our Dine and Design platform.
